In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout this document and in all associated policies referenced herein.

"tbajee 38" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

"Player" / "You" / "Your" / "User"

3.4 Account Security

Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• tbajee 38 does not charge any fee on deposits from mobile wallets. Standard card processing fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits made using funds belonging to a third party (i.e., not the registered account holder) are not permitted. Any such deposit, if identified, will be reversed and the associated Account reviewed.

4.3 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-source rule), in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 2–24 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, Eid, or periods of unusually high platform activity.
• tbajee 38 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to each bonus. Bonus balances that have not met the relevant wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account if the requirement is not met within the bonus validity period.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round during bonus play, and validity period are all specified in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide:

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely.
• Placing bets above any specified maximum bet limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed from the Account automatically.

5.3 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the tbajee 38 system and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid. tbajee 38 reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation, at its sole discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, tbajee 38's settlement rules for that specific market type shall apply. Rules for each market are available in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of bet placement. tbajee 38 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by the relevant game provider. tbajee 38 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game state at the point of disconnection, in accordance with the game provider's rules.

6.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of any system malfunction, software error, human error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, balances, or bonus amounts, tbajee 38 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and restore the Account to its state prior to the error. Winnings arising from an obvious error are not valid and will not be paid. tbajee 38 is not liable for any loss arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbajee 38 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access any part of the platform without explicit written authorisation from tbajee 38.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game for financial gain. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting event, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or coordinated live casino play.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of criminal activity.
• Registering an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Placing bets using funds not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Using matched-betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-margin strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus offers.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the platform, including attempting unauthorised access to backend systems, accounts of other players, or administrative interfaces.

tbajee 38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to Account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to the Account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be restricted.

8.1 Effect of Closure

Where an Account is closed by tbajee 38 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at tbajee 38's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraudulent activity or deliberate abuse of the platform. In cases where no breach is involved (e.g., player-initiated closure or self-exclusion), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be met or associated bonus balances will be removed. Verified real-money Balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. • tbajee 38 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tbajee 38's total liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.

The tbajee 38 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tbajee 38 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

tbajee 38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes to the platform's services or features, security enhancements, or commercial decisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, tbajee 38 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the Account. The updated version of the Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the tbajee 38 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
